硫酸头孢噻利与甲硝唑注射液的配伍稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的考察30℃下在6h内硫酸头孢噻利与甲硝唑注射液配伍的物理兼容性和化学稳定性。方法采用高效液相色谱法在不同时间下测定硫酸头孢噻利和甲硝唑的含量变化,并观察pH值、外观。结论整个实验过程中硫酸头孢噻利和甲硝唑注射液配伍液的外观清澈透明、pH及含量无明显变化。两者药物配伍稳定。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the physical compatibility and chemical stability of cefoselis sulfate admixed with metronidazole injection for 6h at 30℃.METHODS To observe the appearance and pH of the mixted solution at several different times.At the same time,to detemine the content of Cefoselis sulfate and Metronidazole by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.CONCLUSION Cefoselis sulfate admixed with metronidazole injection was clear and the pH and content of the two drugs exhibited little change.So the two drugs presented a well physical compatibility and chemical stability.
