摘  要:目的确定杏葶颗粒处方中黄芩等药最佳水提工艺。方法以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以浸膏得率和黄芩苷含量为指标进行正交试验。结果最佳工艺为加8倍量水提取3次,第一次1.5h,第二、三次各1h。结论该工艺合理、稳定、可行。OBJECTIVE To Optimize the water extraction extraction technology of Radix Scutellaria and the other Traditional Chinese medicine in Xingting Granule.METHODS In this research,An orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the amount of water,extraction time and extraction times,in order to optimized the extract conditions,the study used the dry extract weight and the content of Baicalin as markers.RESULTS The optimized water extraction technology was that the amount of water is 8 times as much as the weight of the drugs were added,extracted 3 times,the first extracted time is 1.5 hours,the second and the third extracted time is 1 hour.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible.
