摘  要:目的测定莲子中的砷含量。方法采用硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸消解体系的的微波消解方法,来破坏中药材中的有机结构,使得中药材中重金属解离出来,再运用双道原子荧光分析法,测定中药材中砷含量。结果样品回收率为96.0%~101.0%,RSD<3%。结论微波消解-双道原子荧光光谱法操作简单、快速,灵敏度高,精密度好。OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of as from lotus nuts.METHODS The organic structure of traditional Chinese medicine was damaged and heavy metal was dissociated with the microwave digestion system of HNO3-HCl-HF.The contents of As were determined with doublechannel atomic fluorescence spectrometry.RESULTS Sample recovery rates were 96.0%~101.0%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 3%.CONCLUSION Microwave digestion-double channel atomic fluo-rescence spectrometry is simple,quick,sensitive and accurate.
