摘  要:目的建立利赛霉安阴道栓中朱砂的含量测定方法。方法采用原子荧光光谱法测定样品中钠的含量。结果朱砂在2.514~7.542ng.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9991;回收率在101.0%~105.1%,RSD为1.5%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确;能很好地用于赛霉安阴道栓中朱砂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine cinnabar in Saimeian vaginal suppositories.METHODS The content of cinnabar in the samples was determinated by the method of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometer(AFS).RESULTS The good linear relation was determined as 2.514~7.542ng·mL-1in cinnabar by AFS with a regression coefficient of 0.9991.The average recovery rate was 101.0%~105.1%;The relative standard deviation was 1.5%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for quality control of cinnabar in SaiMeiAn vaginal suppositories.
