静滴丙种球蛋白辅助治疗重症毛细支气管炎患儿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察静脉丙种球蛋白(IVIG)治疗重症毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将纳入诊断标准的82例患儿分为两组,对照组采用吸氧、止咳平喘、雾化吸入、糖皮质激素、抗病毒等常规处理,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用IVIG 300～500mg.kg-1静脉滴注,连用3d,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组比较临床症状消失时间及住院天数均明显缩短(P均<0.05),总有效率治疗组为95.6%,对照组78.4%,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 IVIG治疗重症毛细支气管炎疗效显著。OBJECTIVE To investigate the Curative effect of intravenous gamma globulin on severe additiondly bronchiolitis.METHODS 82 cases with severe additionly bronchiolitis were divided into two groups,two groups were both given integrated treatment,observation group was given intravenous gamma globulin,300~500mg·kg-1,for three days.compared with two groups of clinical curative effects and side effect after treatment.RESULTS The observation was significiantly shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappear and hospital stay.compared with control group（P0.05）.Total effective is 95.6%in observation group,and 78.4%in the other,the two groups have significance difference（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The curative effect of intravenous gamma globulim on severe bronehiolitis is remarkable.
