摘　　要：多年冻土公路路基是公路工程特殊路基的一种,通过对以往多年冻土路基填方处理设计方法的总结与介绍,提出一般多年冻土路基填方设计的简要技术路线。同时指出《公路路基设计规范》(JTG D30-2004)中存在的问题,以及使用数值模拟计算成果用于设计的风险,提出多年冻土区高等级公路建设面临的新问题。The highway subgrade in permafrost area is a kind of special subgrade in highway engineering. Through the summary and introduction of previous design method of filling treatment for such subgrade, the simple technical route thereof in general permafrost area is proposed. At the same time, both the problems in JTG D30-2004 ＂Specifications for Design of Highway Subgrades＂ and the risk of applying calculation result by numerical simulation to design are pointed out; and the new issue against high grade highway construction in permafrost area is put forward.
