摘　　要：采用种子乳液聚合技术与预乳化工艺,合成了具有核/壳结构的苯丙乳液。试验了单体配比,乳化体系,温度控制,乳化单体滴加程序等工艺条件对核/壳苯丙乳液性能、质量的影响,得到了聚合工艺稳定,综合性能良好的核/壳苯丙乳液。The core-shell structured styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized with the seed emulsion polymerization technology and pre-emulsification process.The influence factors of processing conditions,the ratio of monomers,emulsifier,reaction temperature,emulsified monomers procedures on core/shell acrylic emulsion performance and quality were studied.Stable polymerization process and good overall performance of core-shell styrene-acrylic emulsion were achieved.
