摘　　要：检索中国国家知识产权局受理且公开的航天运输系统专利申请,分析国内外企业在中国的专利申请态势,研究国内外企业在中国的技术比较优势演变,提出了中国航天运输系统发展的思考。Patent applications on space transportation filed in china are retrieved,development trend of domestic and foreign applications are analyzed,and comparative advantage and its evolution of different technological fields are studied.Lastly,some suggestions on development of china space transportation are put forward.
