摘  要:采用氧化镁(MgO)部分取代氢氧化钠(NaOH)作为漂白碱源,在不同的用碱量和氧化镁取代比例下,对杨木化学热磨机械浆(CTMP)进行碱性过氧化氢(H2O2)漂白。结果表明:随着MgO取代NaOH比例从0增加到100%,漂白废液的污染负荷明显下降,CODCr降低62.3%,阳离子需求量减少34.2%,残余H2O2含量增幅164%;浆张松厚度提高13.8%,但强度有所下降,其中抗张指数降低35%,撕裂指数降低43%;白度均呈现先上升后下降的趋势;纸浆的纤维长度降低12.4%,细小纤维含量增加31.3%。Alkaline peroxide bleaching of aspen chemi-thermomechanical pulp (CTMP) was conducted by partially substituting magnesium oxide (MgO) for sodium hydroxide (NaOH) at different alkali charges and substitution percentages of MgO for NaOH. The results showed that the effluent load decreased greatly with the substitution percentage of MgO for NaOH increasing from 0 to 100%, the CODcr decreased by 62.3%, the cationic demand decreased by 34.2%, and residual hydrogen peroxide of the effluent increased by about 164%. Meanwhile, the bulk of the resultant pulp would have a 13.8% increase, but the pulp strength decreased. However, the brightness first increased and then decreased. And the fiber length of the pulp decreased by 12.4%, the fines content increased by 31.3%.
