摘　　要：目的提高广泛急性皮肤脱套伤的诊治水平,降低病死率和致残率。方法 2009-09-01—2010-12-31我科收治15例大面积皮肤撕脱复合伤患者,行手术处理。结果本组12例一期愈合,3例经伤口换药、再植皮愈合。结论广泛皮肤脱套伤通过适当的手术处理,可有效降低病死率和致残率,更好地提高外观与功能。Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of extensive skin degloving injury in order to reduce its disability rate and mortality. Methods Operation treatment of 15 patients with extensive skin degloving injury admitted to our department from September 1st, 2009 to December 31st, 2010 was retrospectively analyzed. Results 12 cases had primaryhealing, and 3 cases were healed after changing dressings for the wound and skin grafts. All the 15 cases recovered ~ell. Con- clusion Appropriate surgical management of extensive skin degloving injury can effectively improve the appearance and function of the skin, and can reduce its disability rate and mortality.
