摘 要:阐述了高压溶出新蒸汽冷凝水及其乏汽热利用率低、新蒸汽消耗大的问题,通过优化其工艺流程,使溶出乏汽得以充分利用。利用溶出乏汽加热蒸发强制效,分流进入热水槽的溶出新蒸汽冷凝水流量;提高沉降、洗涤系统的温度,大大提高了热利用率,新蒸汽的消耗从原来的3.5 t/t-A0降到了3.2 t/t-AO,取得了较好的经济效益。The heating utilization rate of live steam condensed water and its steam exhaust at high pressure digestion is low, and large amounts of live steam is consumed. The digested steam exhaust was fully utilized by optimization of technological process. The evaporation forced effects was heated, flow of digested live steam condensed water that flowed into hot-water tank were separated, the temperature of sedimentation and washing system was increased by digested steam exhaust, greatly increasing the heating utilization rate. The consumption of live steam reduced from 3.5 t/t-AO to 3.2 t/t-AO, and the better eco- nomic benefits were obtained.
