摘　　要：在企业战略演化的过程中,战略惯性对于维持战略动态与静态的平衡至关重要。然而对于战略惯性的内涵、测量与情境化的问题仍然需要进一步阐明。笔者在本文中力求探讨这些问题。笔者的本意不在于在现有成熟理论的基础上提出一个实证的理论框架并验证之,而是在现有领域理论不成熟的情况下,通过文献梳理和总结,对战略惯性的概念、测量、方法论、情境化问题提出了一个演绎的理论框架,为将来的实证研究学者提供一个实证的研究基础。笔者认为,在我国管理学理论与知识创新日益走向国际化的今天,这种基础性的归纳与演绎尤为重要。During the process of strategic evolution,strategic inertia will play an important role on the balance of dynamic and statistic strategy.However,there are still some disputes about the definition,measurement and contextualization of this issue and need to be further analyzed.This paper aims to explore such issues.We don＇t intend to provide an empirical scheme work and test it based on existing theories.On the other hand,we try to provide a deductive theoretical scheme on above issues when there are no established theories.We aim to put forward an empirical basement for future study.We think,this basic deduction and induction analysis are very important for Chinese management study and knowledge creation gradually comes into the world.
