摘　　要：针对支架零件的结构特点与生产批量要求,对该支架零件进行了冲压成形工艺分析与计算,确定了合理的工艺方案,设计了一次弯曲成形复合模,介绍了模具结构特点及工作过程。经生产实践,该模具结构合理,支架零件质量好。The structural characteristics of the bracket parts and production volume requirements,the product stamping process analysis and calculation to determine a reasonable process plan,design a bending and forming of the composite die,the die structure characteristics and working principle,production practices showed,the die structure is reasonable,and with good product quality.
