安徽电网网损管理及降损措施

摘　　要：降低电网损耗,提高安徽电网运行经济性是安徽省电力公司的主要管理职责之一,也是落实国家节能减排政策的具体体现。提出从管理和技术两方面降低网损,包括建立月度线损分析会制度、优化电网结构、优化电网运行方式、加大关口表计管理和反窃电工作力度、加大网损科技投入、加强技术交流和技术培训以及编制安徽电网线损管理相关规定等7个方面的线损管理及降损措施。采取了上述措施后,安徽电网网损率2011年进一步下降,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。最后,还指出了安徽电网在降低网损方面还将继续开展的工作。The power network loss debasement and improvement economy of Anhui province are one of chief responsibilities for Anhui province electrical power company.Also,it is embodiment for the policy of economy power and reduce let.It is presented that the power network loss can be reduced though management and technique,including establishment of month analyze rule for power network loss,optimization of power network structure,optimization of power operation mode,reinforcement for coulometer management and anti-filched electrical quantity,increase science and technical investment,enhancement of technical communion and training and establishment some rules for Anhui province power network loss management.So,power network loss of Anhui province power network is reduced largely and the good economy benefit and social benefit are got in 2011 year.At last,the next research way which will be carried for Anhui electrical power company is pointed out.
