摘　　要：针对某台220kV变压器套管末屏缺陷,阐述了现场故障诊断分析与处理等过程,分析了末屏出现异常的原因,总结了套管末屏常见结构形式,探讨了预防末屏缺陷的措施,并从红外测温、运行巡视及日常检修和试验等方面提出了相应的运行维护工作建议。Aiming at fault of bushing tap on a 220 kV transformer,this paper introduces the process of analysis and treatment of on-site fault diagnosis.It analyzes the reasons of the abnormity,summarizes the types of bushing tap and discusses the preventive methods for bushing tap.And it put forward some suggestions on infrared detection and repair etc.
