摘  要:在对现有双流道式叶轮水力模型进行归纳总结基础上 ,给出了用速度系数法设计轴面图时的各系数值 ,提出了新的平面图流道中线方程、外流道曲线方程以及流道中线截面面积变化规律。本文最后还给出了设计实例和试验结果。实际应用结果表明 。This paper reviewed lots of the excellent hydraulic models of non clogging double channel impellers, gave the values of inlet speed coefficient K D1 and outlet speed coefficient K D2 , and introduced the ways of calculating radius R 1 of front cover board, radius R 2 of back cover board, and the width b 2 of impeller outlet. A mutable, isogonal logarithm spiral line is used as the midline of impeller plan channel, because it allows the inlet and outlet angles of fluid changed, and makes the design more reliable. This paper adopts isogonal logarithm spiral line to the equation of impeller plan out channel, that makes the channel gain an appropriate thickness and a good change rule of thickness. The change rule of section area is an arc. It is not only adapted to all specific speed, but also increases impeller non clogging performance. At last, an example of design and its test is given, the test shows that the method used in the paper is completely right.
