摘　　要：针对全社会思考价值观、培养良好精神风尚的新形势,文章简析了和谐图书馆精神文化的概念、内涵、本质、特征及功能,简述其建设内容并指出存在的问题。从管理、制度、创新、服务等角度论述构建和谐图书馆精神文化的对策,使其为和谐社会的发展做出应有的贡献。In view of the new situation of pondering the values and raising positive spirits prevails throughout the entire society,the paper briefly expounds the concept,connotation,essential characteristics and function of harmonious library spiritual culture,elaborates its construction content,and puts forword some existing problems.From different angles of propaganda,management,system,innovaton,and service,etc.this paper brings in several ways to promote the spiritual culture construction in order to contribute duly to the development of harmonious society.
