摘  要:综述了转Bt基因棉对棉铃虫存活、生长、繁殖及为害行为的影响 ,及其抗虫性的时空动态特征 ;探讨了转Bt基因棉抗棉铃虫的毒理及其中毒生理 ,以及转Bt基因棉的抗性表达及其影响因素 。In the paper, the current progress in the resistance of transgenic cotton to cotton boll worm(Helicoverpa armigera Hubner) and its variation with the differences of cotton structure and the development of cotton growth stages was reviewed. The toxicology to cotton boll worm of the insecticidal proteins expressing in Bt trangsgenic cotton and its physiological effects , the determination methods of the insecticidal proteins expressing in transgenic cottons, the dynamic expression of the pest resistance and the influence of fertilizer, temperature and soil moisture were discussed. Some new points to be probed were proposed.
