摘　　要：魏家堡水电站具有高水头、高转速、高含沙的特点。为了保障水轮机等设备在最优状态下运行,电站多年来全面加强管理,创出了"全员苦练技能,精心组织生产,规范运行管理,加强检修维护,务求最大效益"的管理模式,积累了丰富的管理经验。Weijiabao Hydropower Station has the characteristics of＂high water head, high rotation speed and high content of sand＂. The hydropower station comprehensively strengthens management for many years in order to guarantee that the turbine and other equipment can run in optimal condition, the station creates management modes that ＂all staff is trained with skills, production is organized carefully, operation and management are standardized, repair and maintenance are strengthened, efficiency is maximized＂, and accumulated a wealth of management experience.
