摘　　要：目的 探索功能部位Ⅲ度硫酸烧伤的理想修复方法.方法 选择12例功能部位Ⅲ度硫酸烧伤患者进行研究.烧伤创面行浅切痂术并保留有活力的皮下组织,创面延期处理后,用整张定形全厚皮片移植修复烧伤创面.观察皮片成活质量及远期修复效果.结果 浅切痂术能有效保留皮下健康组织层,创面延期处理后,有利于残留坏死组织彻底脱除,创面活力显著提高.12块定形全厚皮片移植后全部优良成活,无点状皮肤坏死出现.1年后随访7例,全厚皮移植区色泽与受区接近,皮肤柔软,活动度较好.皮片边缘部有3～7mm宽的瘢痕.结论 用定形全厚皮片Ⅰ期整复功能部位Ⅲ度硫酸烧伤,可获得理想的功能和外观,具有双重修复效果.Objective To investigate an ideally plastic repair of functional position with shapely full thickness skin graft after mo sulfuric acid burn. Methods Twelve cases with mo bum of sulfuric acid on the functional position were performed the superficial eschar excision with reservation of viable subcutaneous tissue, the whole shapely full thickness skin graft was used to cover the burn wounds after deferred processing. The graft survival and the long-term repairing effects were observed. Results The superficial eschar excision could save effectively the health subcutaneous tissue and the wound deferred processing was good to get rid of necrosis tissue completely and enrich blood supply. After 12 months following up, all the skin grafts survived completely with similar color, texture and movability in the recipient site with those in the donor site, and without punctiform skin necrosis, there was 3 to 7 mm scar forming on the marginal part of skin graft. Conclusion Full thickness skin graft for repairing functional position from Ⅲ° bum of sulfuric acid is an ideally approach with well functional recoveries of appearances.
