哈蟆油抗疲劳药理活性研究

摘　　要：目的研究哈蟆油的抗疲劳作用。方法选用雄性BALB/C小鼠,设高、中、低3个剂量组和空白对照组,给不同剂量的哈蟆油30d后。观察小鼠负重游泳时间、血清尿素氮含量、肝糖原含量以及游泳前后血乳酸含量的变化。结果与对照组比较,实验组小鼠负重游泳时间的延长差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),肝糖原含量的增加差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05和P﹤0.01),血乳酸曲线下面积的减小差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),血清尿素氮含量的降低差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论哈蟆油具有明显的抗疲劳作用。OBJECTIVE To study the anti-fatigue effect of Oviductus Ranae.METHODS Mice were divided into high,medium and low dose groups and one control group,and certain liquor with Oviductus Ranae was given to each group for 30 days.Loading swimming time,levels of liver glycogen,blood urea and blood lactic acid of the mice were detected.RESULTS The loading swimming time was prolonged,and liver glycogen levels was increased.The blood lactic and the area below blood lactic acid curve was decreased,and there was significantly different between intervention and control groups（P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01）.However,no significant decreased effect of the blood urea nitrogen level was found（P﹥0.05）.CONCLUSION Oviductus Ranae has positive effect on exercise fatigue.
