摘 要:目的了解新疆大学生人体蠕形螨的感染现状,检测大学生螨虫感染者、过敏性鼻炎及过敏鼻炎重叠螨虫感染者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、IgE和IL-4的水平,探讨螨虫感染与过敏鼻炎的相关性。方法采用透明胶带粘贴法,对部分在校集体住宿的大学生进行蠕形螨面部感染的调查,ELISA检测外周血IgE和IL-4水平。结果共调查1178名学生,总感染率为12.90%(152/1178),被调查学生分组后进行血EOS、IL-4、IgE水平检测,蠕形螨感染组与正常对照组比较,EOS、IL-4和IgE水平差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);过敏鼻炎重叠蠕形螨感染组与正常对照组比较,EOS和IL-4水平差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),但血清IgE水平差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);过敏鼻炎组与正常对照组比较,EOS和血清IL-4水平差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),血清IgE水平差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论新疆大学生蠕形螨总感染率较低,嗜酸性粒细胞及IgE、IL-4参与了蠕虫感染免疫过程。OBJECTIVE To learn demodex mite infection status of students in Xinjiang University,and investigate the IgE,IL-4 and blood eosinophil levels of the allergic constitution,demodex mite infection and mite allergy overlap infected,so as to provide relationship between allergy and demodex infection.METHODS Plaster tap adhesive method was used for diagnosis of Demodex.The level of IgE and IL-4 in serum was checked by ELISA.A total of 1178 students were investigated.The survey showed that the general positive rate of students was 12.90%(152/1178).EOS,serum IL-4 levels and IgE level showed significantly difference when compared Demodex infection group with normal control group(P﹤0.05);When comparing overlap allergy Demodicidosis infection group compared with normal control group,there was significant difference in EOS and serum IL-4 levels(P﹤0.05).However,there was no significantly difference in the serum IgE level(P﹥0.05);When compared allergy group with the normal control group,EOS and IL-4 showed significant difference(P﹤0.05).However,the serum IgE level did not show significant difference(P﹥0.05).CONCLUSION Demodex infection in students from Xinjiang medical college was low.There were significant differences of human Demodex infection between Han students and minority students.Eosinophils and IgE,IL-4 of worm infections involved in the immune process.
