摘  要:目的了解亚甲蓝光化学法病原灭活对血浆凝血因子的影响。方法随机分批抽取新鲜冰冻血浆(FFP)和亚甲蓝光化学法灭活血浆(MBPPS)各200ml×20袋,37℃水浴融化,无菌操作取样2ml,测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)和凝血因子FⅡ:C、FⅤ:C、FⅧ:C、FⅨ:C水平。结果 FFP与MBPPS凝血因子水平比较,TT、FⅡ:C的活性变化不显著(均P﹥0.05),PT、APTT、Fbg、FⅤ:C、FⅧ:C、FⅨ:C的差异有统计学意义(均P﹤0.05),但仍有较高的生物活性。结论新鲜血浆经亚甲蓝光化学法病原灭活后,凝血因子水平均有一定程度影响,但仍能满足临床输注血浆的需要。OBJECTIVE To investigate the change of level Methelene blue photochemistry pathogemic sterilization in photochemistry pathogemic sterilization serous blood coagulation factor.METHODS The 200 ml×20 bags of FFP and 200 ml×20 bags of MBPPS were randomly collected,and then throw then in 37℃ boxes and to be defrosted.The samples of two milliliter in germfree condition were collected.The prothrobin time,activated partial throw bopoplastion time,thrombin time,fibrinogen,Fg and the level of blood coagulation factors of FⅡ:C,Fⅴ:C,FⅦ:C and FⅨ:C were detected.RESULTS Through comparing FFP and MBPPS blood coagulation factor,the activity didn't signigficantly change(in all P﹥0.05).There were significantly difference between PT,APTT,Fbg,FⅤ:C,FⅧ:C and FⅨ:C(in all P﹤0.05).But high biological activity was still existed.CONCLUSION flasma After methelene blue photochemistry for fresh frozen,the function of blood coagulation factors could be effected,but it still can satisfy the need of plasma infusion in clinics.
