灯盏花素治疗病态窦房结综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察灯盏花素治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床疗效。方法选择有临床症状,经心电图、24h动态心电图(Holter)、食道电生理检查诊断为病态窦房结综合征患者65例,随机分为灯盏花素治疗组和对照组。灯盏花素治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用灯盏花素,对照组仅给予常规治疗。治疗10～14d后通过观察患者治疗前后临床症状、Holter评价平均心率、食道电生理检测窦房结恢复时间(SNRT)及窦房结传导时间(SACT)评价临床疗效。结果灯盏花素治疗组临床症状(心率提高、乏力、头昏、心悸、黑曚、晕厥等症状)改善明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.95,P﹤0.01),Holter、食道电生理检查结果显示,灯盏花素治疗组平均心率、SNRT、SACT较治疗前均有改善,和治疗前及对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。灯盏花素治疗组治疗期间未发现明显不良反应。结论灯盏花素可有效改善病态窦房结综合征患者窦房结功能,疗效确切,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Breviscapinun on sick sisus syndrome.METHODS 65 patients with sick sisus syndrome diagnosed by clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram,Holter,and esophagus electrophysiological examination were randomly divided into therapy group（treated with Breviscapinun and conventional therapy）and control group（treated with conventional therapy）.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by the improvement of the clinical manifestation,average heart rate,the sinus node recovery time（SNRT）and the sinus atrial conduction time（SACT）after therapy for 10-14 days.RESULTS The therapy group acquired better amelioration of clinical symptoms compared with the control group（P﹤0.05）,and the remarkable improvement of average heart rate,SNRT and SACT were observed in the therapy group,having significant difference（P﹤0.05）,compared with the control group.Meanwhile,no conspicuous adverse effect was observed during the therapy course in the therapy group.CONCLUSION Breviscapinun can effectively improve the function of the sinoatrial node on sick sisus syndrome,which is worthy of generalization on clinic.
