壮医药线点灸治疗白癜风的临床试验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过临床试验,考察壮医药线点灸配合壮药在白癜风治疗中的有效性。方法:将入选的90例患者随机分配到壮医药线点灸配合壮药治疗组、壮药治疗对照组,治疗组45例采用壮医药线点灸配合壮药治疗,对照组45例采用壮药治疗。结果:治疗后,两组疗效总有效率分别为91.11%和75.55%,A组总有效率高于B组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),说明壮医药线点灸配合壮药治疗白癜风的有效率高于单纯服用壮药组;A组痊愈时间优于B组,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。说明壮医药线点灸能缩短白癜风的治愈时间。未发现其它不良反应。结论:壮医药线点灸配合壮药治疗白癜风,两种疗法结合使用,可缩短疗程,提高疗效,值得开展深入的临床研究。Objective： Investigated the effectiveness of vitiligo treated by combined Moxibustion of Zhuang Medicated Thread and Zhuang Drugs. Methods： 90 patients with vitiligo were randomized equally into following groups ： the Moxibustion of Zhuang Medicated Thread combined Zhuang Drugs treatment group and Zhuang Drugs control group. 45 patients were provided for treatment group and 45 patients was carried out for control group. Results： In post treatment, the total effective rates were respectively 91.11% in treatment group and 75.55% in control group. The treatment one was better than the control, the difference was marked by statistical dealing （P 〈0. 01 ）, which draws a conclusion that vitiligo treated by Moxibustion of Zhuang Medicated Thread is better than took Zhuang Drugs only. Look from cure time, the treated group was better than control group obviously and the curative effect of two groups had a signifi- cant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, it shows that Moxibustion of Zhuang Medicated Thread can shorten the cure time of vitiligo, no other ad- verse reactions was found. Conclusion： Combined treatment of traditional Chinese of Zhuang Drugs and Moxibustion of Zhuang Medica- ted Thread. can shorten the course and improve the curative effect. It is worth to further studied in clinic.
