小儿胸部DR摄影的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿胸部应用DR摄影的优势。方法:随机选取50例5岁以下婴幼儿及50例5岁以上儿童胸片,分别其在拍摄中出现的问题总结分析和综合评价。结果:5岁以下50例婴幼儿胸部图像资料统计,体位不佳的7例,肩胛骨遮挡的10例,呼气相的6例,照射野范围大的2例,剂量偏低或偏高的4例。5岁以上50例儿童胸片统计。结果:体位不正的7例,肩胛骨遮挡的12例,呼气的3例,照射野范围大的7例,剂量偏低的3例。结论:应用DR系统投照小儿胸部,有效的降低对小儿辐射剂量,为临床诊断提供良好的影像照片。objective： to explore the application of pediatric chest DR photography advantage. Methods： 50 cases randomly se- lected five years old the following infant and 50 cases for children were taken in the chest x - rays, the problems in analysis and com- prehensive evaluation. Results： 5 years old the following 50 cases chest image statistics, the infant poor posture of 7 cases, Withers keep out of 10 patients in 6 cases of breath, radiation fields of large range in 2 cases, high or low doses of 4 cases. 5 years above 50 ca- ses of children chest radiograph statistical results： position error in 7 cases, Withers keep out of 12 patients, and exhale in 3, illumi- nate the wild range of 7 cases, 3 cases of low dose. Conclusion： using DR system according to children for chest, effectively reduce the radiation dose for children, provide good for clinical diagnosis of image photos.
