摘  要:将紫外光催化氧化与流动注射技术结合,建立了一种基于KMnO4褪色反应的在线光催化氧化光度法快速测定高锰酸盐指数的新方法。最佳实验条件为:检测波长525nm,进样量300"L,聚四氟乙烯反应管长300cm,KM-nO4浓度0.4mmol/L,H2SO4浓度0.3mol/L,氧化液流速0.65mL/min,载流流速0.85mL/min,15W低压汞灯。方法线性范围为0.5~10mg/L;检出限为0.1mg/L;相对标准偏差<2%(n=6);加标回收率为84.0%~97.0%,分析速度为20样/h。本方法避免了光催化剂的二次污染,实现了水体中高锰酸盐指数的低成本、快速、自动在线分析。By combined of UV-photocatalytic oxidation with flow injection technique, a novel method for the determination of permanganate index by spectrophotometry based on the discoloration reaction of permanganate solution with on-line UV-photocatalytic oxidation has been developed. A 300μL sample solution was injected into carrier stream, merged with a 4 mmol/L permanganate solution containing 0.3 mol/L H2SO4, passed through a 300-cm polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) photo-reaction coil wound around a 15-W UV lamp and detected at wavelength of 525 nm. Flow rates of 0. 65 mL/min and 0.85 mL/min were selected as optimum for the oxidant and carrier stream respectively. The sample throughput was 20 h-1 , with a limit of detection of 0.1 mg/L and a linear range of 0.5-10 mg/L. The method had good precision with relative standard deviation 〈12 % (n=6). The recoveries of river water samples were 84.0%-97.0%. The proposed method avoids the secondary pollution of photocatalyst and enables time and cost efficient and on-line analysis of permanganate index in waters.
