摘  要:目的探讨抑郁症患者脑内神经递质的变化及其关系。方法 2008年5月-2011年7月在中国中医科学院西苑医院老年病门诊和病房就诊的302例抑郁症患者入组,通过中枢神经递质分析系统(SET),分析抑郁症患者脑内神经递质的变化规律。结果 302例抑郁症患者脑内各神经递质水平的低下、正常、亢进三者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),5-羟色胺(5-HT)与多巴胺(DA)水平呈显著正相关(r=0.890,P<0.01),乙酰胆碱(Ach)与去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平呈显著正相关(r=0.676,P<0.01),抑制介质(INH)与兴奋介质(EXC)水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.739,P<0.01)。结论抑郁症患者脑内任一种神经递质水平可以是低下、正常或者亢进,提示抑郁症存在不同的类型。抑郁症患者脑内神经递质5-HT与DA、Ach与NE、INH与EXC的平衡关系发生了变化。Objective To study the change of brain neurotransmitters in the patients with depression.Methods The study was conducted in 302 out-patients and inpatients with depression in Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,from May 2008 to July 2011.The changing regularity of brain neurotransmitters on the patients with depression was analyzed using the Supper EEG Technology(SET).Results Significant differences were observed in brain neurotransmitters of 302 patients with depression(P0.01),and there was a significant positive correlation between 5-HT and DA(r=0.890,P0.01),a significant positive correlation between Ach and NE(r=0.676,P0.01),and a significant negative correlation between INH and EXC(r=-0.739,P0.01).Conclusions The levels of brain neurotransmitters in the patients with depression can either be low,normal or hyperactive,suggesting that there were different types of depression.The balance of brain neurotransmitters 5-HT and DA,Ach and NE,INH and EXC in the patients with depression has changed.
