摘　　要：目的建立测定消肿生肌膏中龙脑含量的气相色谱法。方法使用气相色谱仪,聚乙二醇20M交联柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),FID检测器,载气为高纯氮气,采用程序升温,内标法测定含量。结果龙脑在0.00536～0.0804μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.62%(RSD=1.85%)。结论本方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确,可用于消肿生肌膏的质量控制。Objective To establish a gas chromatography（GC） method for the determination of borneol in Xiaozhong Shengji paste.Methods The GC method was applied and the separation was performed by means of temperature programming on polyethylene glycol 20M crosslinked columns（30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm）.The analysis was carried out by internal standard method on FID detector with nitrogen as the carrier gas.Results Borneol in this ointment had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.005 36-0.080 4 μg（r=0.999 6）,and the average recovery was 98.62%（RSD=1.85%）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,with a good reproducibility and sensitivity,therefore can be used for quality control of Xiaozhong Shengji paste.
