D2/D3移植对体外受精-胚胎移植周期妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨取卵后第2天(D2)和第3天(D3)胚胎移植对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期的妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年1月在本中心行IVF-ET助孕的596个周期的临床资料,分D2移植组(182周期)和D3移植组(414周期),比较两组优质胚胎率、临床妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率等。结果两组之间临床妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率等无显著差异。与D2移植组相比,D3移植组优质胚胎率显著下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 D2移植和D3移植对IVF-ET妊娠结局无明显影响。但胚胎在体外延长培养1 d,优质胚胎减少。Objective： To investigate the Influence of day 2 or day 3 embryos transfer on pregnancy outcome in in vitro fertilization （IVF）. Methods： The data of 596 cycles performed in our medical center from Jan. 2008 to Jan. 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The embryos were transferred on day 2 （182 cycles） or day 3 （414 cycles）. The parameters including good embryo rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results. There were no significant differences in the clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate in the two groups. The good embryo rate was significantly decreased in day 3 group compared with day 2 group （P〈0.05） Conclusions： There was no significantly difference in the pregnancy outcome of IVF between embryos transferred on day 2 and day 3, but one more day in vitro culture might reduce embryos quality.
