摘　　要：为了检测激光外差玻璃厚度测量系统中的激光外差信号,介绍了激光外差玻璃测厚系统测量原理,通过对几种光电检测电路性能特征进行分析,设计出适合本系统光电检测电路,为激光外差检测提供了一种单元模块电路。To inspect laser heterodyne in glass-thickness measure system,the principle of laser heterodyne Glass-thickness measure system is proposed.It designs optical detection circuit suitable for this system by analyzing the characteristics of Optical detection circuits,and offers a kind of unit-model for laser heterodyne detection.
