摘　　要：通过对湘潭窑湾历史文化街区的历史价值及现状分析与评价,探讨了在历史文化街区保护与更新发展过程中如何以CI理论为参照模式,使历史文化街区在未来的更新发展过程中能够实现历史文化的可持续发展。By analysing and evaluating the historic value and current situation of the Xiangtan Yao Wan bay historic conservation district,we discussed how to use CI theory as a reference mmodel in the historic district conservation and renewal in the process of development,to make the historical and cultural districts can achieve sustainable development in future updates in the pprocess of the development of history and culture.
