装备制造业企业网络组织稳定运行机制研究——以德阳重装基地为例

摘　　要：企业网络组织是介于市场与一体化科层组织之间的中间组织形态,也是一种资源配置和生产组织方式。企业网络组织出现并发展的根本原因在于其相较于市场和一体化科层组织而具有的较高效率。充分发挥和利用这种较高效率使得研究该组织的稳定运行机制成为必要。本文以德阳重装基地为例,在不完全信息动态博弈的分析框架内揭示出保证企业网络组织稳定运行的条件。在此基础上,从降低机会主义收益和提高机会主义成本两方面探究了企业网络组织稳定运行的机制。Enterprise-network is of intermediate-organization which is situated between market and integrated enterprise.And such organization is a certain kind of mode of resource disposition and production organization.The key reason of emergence and development of enterprise-network is its higher efficiency.For fully exploiting the higher efficiency of enterprise-network,it is necessary to study the mechanism of stabilizing such organization.Based on the example of Deyang,this paper reveals the condition of stabilizing enterprise-network in the framework of dynamic games of incomplete information.On the basis of the condition,this paper inquires the mechanism of stabilizing enterprise-network in two aspects including reducing opportunism profits and increasing opportunism costs.
