摘 要:提出了一种适用于力矩电动机的伺服优化方法,通过添加低通滤波器的方式实现电动机性能的优化。首先分析了力矩电动机的幅频特性与相频特性,然后根据分析结果添加低通滤波器并调节相应参数。重复上述调试过程,从而获得合理的优化参数和理想的电动机性能曲线,达到了消除噪声、增大力矩电动机的速度增益及位置增益的效果,提高了力矩电动机的精度和刚度。最后利用激光干涉仪测量系统对试验台进行检测,证明定位精度和重复定位精度指标均满足。A method of servo optimization for torque motor is issued in this paper. The performances of motor were optimized by using low-pass filters. Firstly, the amplitude-frequency characteristic and phase-frequency characteristic of torque motor were analyzed. Based on the analysis, low-pass filters were added and the parameters of low-pass filters were tuned. By repeatedly debugging, optimal parameters and ideal motor performance curve were obtained. The results show that no noise during motor running, increase of speed gain, position gain, accuracy and stiffness of torque motor. Finally, the laser interferometer measurement system was utilized to detect test-bed. It was proved to achieve positioning accuracy and repositioning accuracy.
