摘 要:为提高模具网格资源的搜索率与利用率,在分析模具网格资源特点的基础上,提出了基于F检验的模具网格资源模糊动态聚类方法。采用层次分析法确定模具网格资源各评价指标的权重,在此基础上应用模糊聚类分析法对模具网格资源进行分类,并利用概率统计中F检验找出合理分类数,从而选出最佳资源分类,将具有最大相似性的模具网格资源聚在同一资源域内。最后,结合具体应用对模具网格资源分类进行了仿真实验,结果表明该方法是有效的,可以使模具网格资源得到合理分类。To improve search speed and utilization of mold grid resources, fuzzy dynamic clustering algorithm of mold grid resources based on fuzzy tests was constructed according to characteristics of the system. The weight of each index was calculated with AHP, and then mold grid resources are clustered and identified by ( fuzzy ) cluster method on the base of these. A reasonable classification number by using F test is found, the best resources classification is obtained and similarity-based resources are clustered. Finally, simulation experiments are carried out with specific application for mold grid resources classification. The results show that the method is effective, and the paper applies fuzzy cluster analysis to sort the grid resources reasonably.
