摘　　要：对武汉市洪山区土地流转情况进行调查分析,并借鉴其他地区土地流转的成功经验,探讨了农村土地流转的发展方向,并给出新一轮土地流转的建议。The situation of land transfer in Hongshan district of Wuhan city was investigated and analyzed.Refering to the successful experience of land transfer in other regions,the development direction of rural land transfer was discussed,and recommendations of the new round of land transfer were put forward.
