摘　　要：介绍了在医院信息系统和联机检验系统的基础上,开发危急值实时检测系统的重要意义。当患者出现检验危急值后,系统可对医务人员的诊疗行为进行即时警示和实时监控,从而降低医疗风险,保障患者生命安全,提高了医疗质量和医院的管理水平。Based on the hospital information system and lab information system, we developed the system of real - time mo- nitoring on critical values of clinical examination. Through the application of system, the information of testing critical values are obtained duly, and the doctors＇treatment are real -time detected, so as to reduce the medical risk, ensure the patients safety, and improve the medical quality and enhanced the management level of hospital.
