摘　　要：目的了解北京市通州区居民两周患病就诊单位选择现状,探讨影响居民选择就诊单位的主要影响因素,为促进医疗体制改革、优化医院布局提供参考。方法 利用2010年5月北京市通州区卫生服务调查资料,描述通州区居民两周患病情况、就诊单位选择情况,通过单因素卡方检验及Logistic回归对居民两周患病就诊单位选择影响因素进行分析。结果影响居民两周患病就诊单位选择的主要因素为医疗保障、文化程度、年龄、婚姻状况等。结论依据居民的就诊习惯,充分发挥不同医疗机构的作用,更好的满足不同类型、不同层次人群的卫生服务需求。Objective To observe the residents＇ hoice of selecting care providers during two - week prevalence in Tongzhou District of Beijing, explore its main influence factors, and provide reference for promoting medical system reform and adjusting the arrangement of the hospital planning. Method The condition of the two - week prevalence rate of rural residents and their choice of selecting care providers were described by using the data from health service investigation in Tongzhou District of Beijing. Chi - square test and Multinomial Logistic regression were used to analysis the influencing factors related to residents＂ choice of selecting care providers. Result Two - week prevalence of rural residents decreased significantly. The influencing factors of rural resi- dents＂ choice of selecting care providers were medical security system, education, age and marital status. Conclusion Give full play to the role of different medical institutions, to better satisfy different types, different levels of population health service needs.
