摘　　要：阐述了新医改政策给军队医院带来的机遇与挑战,并提出坚持"姓军为兵"、军民融合的发展思路;坚持内涵建设、创新驱动的发展理念;坚持科学经营、精细管理的发展方式,降低医院运营成本。National Medical System Reform has brought some challenges and opportunities for the Military Hospitals. Never- theless, the Military Hospitals should change the sense positively, enhance grafting military and civilian resources, improve tech- nology innovative ability and management level, strengthen cultivation of hospital staff to pursuit sustainable development adapta- bility.
