摘  要:采用盆栽试验,以烤烟品种K326为供试材料,研究了不同UV-B辐射时间对烟草相关农艺性状、叶片光合色素及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着UV-B辐射增强,株高降低,叶长、叶宽和叶面积缩小;叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势;但UV-B辐射使类胡萝卜素含量得到显著提高,与处理时间、强度呈正相关。烟草的SOD活性、POD活性均显著高于对照,但CAT活性先升高,后降低。这表明,烟叶SOD、POD和CAT的活性对UV-B辐射变化响应的敏感性存在差异。A pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of duration of different UV-B radiation time on agronomic characteristics, contents of photosynthetic pigments and activities of antioxidant enzymes of K326. The results showed that with the increasing UV-B radiation intensity, plant height, leaf length, leaf width and leaf area all decreased; contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll all presented a decreasing tendency; the content of carotenoids increased significantly, which positively correlated with treatment time and radiant intensity. The activities of SOD and POD were obviously higher than that of control, while the activity of CAT was presented the tendency of increasing first and decreasing afterwards. Therefore, the results indicated that the sensitivities of SOD, POD and CAT respond to the changes of UV-B radiation intensity were different.
