摘　　要：简要阐述了湖南省农业废弃物的利用现状,分析了湖南省农业废弃物利用过程中存在的主要问题,结合湖南省实际提出了开辟新的利用方式和途径、开展农业废弃物的资源化技术研发与示范、大力开发和应用沼气技术,降低生态污染、加强政策法规建设等建议,以促进农业和农村可持续发展。First of all, the status quo of utilization of agricultural wastes in Hunan Province was briefly introduced. Then, the main problems in process of utilization of agricultural wastes in Hunan Province were analyzed. In the end, some suggestions were proposed according to actual situations in Hunan province in order to promote sustainable development of agriculture and countryside, which are as follows： finding new utilization methods and approaches, developing research and demonstration of recycling technology for agricultural wastes, developing and applying biogas technique, decreasing ecological pollution, and strengthening construction of policies and regulations.
