摘　　要：针对固体人造板乳化蜡的配方和调配工艺条件进行了筛选、考察,得到了最佳配方和工艺条件,经过放大试验也验证了实验室确定的固体人造板乳化蜡的最佳配方及工艺条件合理可靠,产品质量符合指标要求,可以进行批量生产。Formulas and blending process conditions of solid emulsion wax used in wood based panel were selected and investigated.The best formula and process conditions were obtained.The scale-up test proved that the best formula and process conditions obtained in the laboratory were reasonable and reliable,the product quality can accord with index requirements,so the product can be produced in large batch.
