摘　　要：阐述论文管理信息系统的组成,给出论文管理信息系统设计过程中几个关键问题的处理方法。使用结果表明,本文方法处理关键问题高效、可靠,并且对于其它管理信息系统的实现也具有通用性。This paper presents the composition of the paper management information system.It also introduces the treatment methods of the key problems on paper management information system.Results show that the treatment methods are more efficient and reliable and all-purpose to other MIS.
