摘 要:建立高效液相色谱法测定人参茎叶中代森锰锌的杂质及主要代谢产物乙撑硫脲残留分析方法。C18色谱柱(不锈钢柱,25 cm(长)×0.46 cm(内径),内装Spherisorb 5);流动相:甲醇水=10 90(V/V);流速:0.5mL.min-1;检测波长:233 nm;柱温:40℃;进样量:20 L;保留时间约7 min。结果在0.01~0.1 mg.kg-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为90.64%~95.60%,变异系数为2.16%~4.54%,人参茎、叶样品的检出限分别为2.8×10-3、2.9×10-3mg.kg-1。该方法可用于人参茎叶中的乙撑硫脲残留量的测定。An analytical method for determination of mancozeb's impurity and metabolite ethylenethiourea in the stem and leaf of Panax ginseng was established by HPLC using stainless steel column(25 cm×0.46 cm) packed with Spherisorb 5μ-C18.The mobile phase was methanol and water(10:90);the flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1;the wavelength was 233 nm;the column temperature was 40 ℃;the injection volume was 20 μL;the retention time was 7 min.A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.01-0.1 mg·kg-1,and the linear correlation was 0.9999;the average recoveries were 90.64%-95.60%(n=5);CV were 2.16%4.54%.The detection limit of the stem and leaf of Panax ginseng were 2.8×10-3 and 2.9×10-3 mg·kg-1,respectively.The method could be used to determine the residues of ethylenethiourea in the stem and leaf of Panax ginseng.
