摘　　要：本文在对三明市国有森工企业深化改革工作调研的基础上，提出了当前国有森工企业深化改革中应当注意的问题、设想和建议。Based of the investigation and study on further reformation of state-owned forest industry enterprises in Sanming City, the problems to which must be pay attention and some suggestion were putted forward.
