摘 要:病毒病是陕西关中地区线辣椒的主要病害,关于该地区线辣椒病毒病毒源鉴定已经有过文献报道。但是,随着品种的更新、栽培环境的演化以及病原的分化等,有必要对其毒源进行定期地检测,以便为病毒病的防控提供依据。该研究在陕西省关中西部线辣椒主产区(千阳县、凤翔县、周至县)根据田间宏观症状随机采集当地主栽品种和部分育种优系的叶样,利用ELISA检测蚕豆萎蔫病毒(BBWV)等6种病毒,同时利用检测试纸对黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)进行现场检测。ELISA结果表明,检测的55份样品均携带1种以上病毒,病毒侵染率高达100%。有2个样品携带所检测的全部6种病毒。在检测的6种病毒中,BBWV,PMMV、CMV、ToMV、TMV和PVY的检出率分别为100%、81.8%、76.4%、43.6%、41.8%和23.6%。CMV试纸检测的18个样品全部携带CMV病毒。The virus diseases are major ones of linear pepper in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi. Although linear pepper virus identification in this region has been reported, a regular detection is necessary to control the virus diseases because of new varieties, environmental factors and pathogenic differentiation. In this study, some leaf samples were collected randomly based on virus macroscopic symptoms in the main producing areas of linear pepper. The 6 viruses (BBWV, PMMV, CMV, ToMV, TMV and PVY) were detected by means of ELISA. At the same time, the CMV was detected with CMV test strip. The results of ELISA showed that all of the 55 samples detected carried one kind of virus or more, the infection rate was 100%. Among the 6 viruses, the infection rateof BBWV, PMMV, CMV, ToMV, TMV and PVY was 100%, 81.8%, 76.4%, 43.6%, 41.8% and 23.6%, respectively. The results of test strip showed that all the 18 samples detected carried the CMV.
