2.5%凯素灵胶悬剂灭蝇效果观察  

Observation on the effects of K-othrine spray on housefly

摘　　要：在实验室玻璃表面上,当凯素灵胶悬剂的剂量为6mg/100cm^2时,5分钟家蝇被击倒80%,9分钟击倒率达100%,其KT_(50)为4.662分钟,24小时死亡率100%。而2.5%溴氰菊酯可湿性粉剂,5分钟家蝇被击倒30%,12分钟击倒率达100%,其KT_(50)为6.171分钟,24小时死亡率为100%。两种剂型均有80天持效。在抹灰表面上,当凯素灵胶悬剂的剂量为10mg/100cm^2时,5分外家蝇被击倒50%,9分钟时击倒率达100%,其KT_(50)为4.451分钟,24小时死亡率100%。而溴氰菊酯可湿性粉剂,5分钟有53.3%家蝇被击倒,13分钟击倒率达100%,其KT_(50)为6.341分钟,24小时死亡率100%。Comparative study on K-othrine 2.5% Flow ( from Roussel-Uclaf, France) against housefly with 2.5% Deltamethrin were carried out in the laboratory. The results showed that, while the dose used at 6mg/100 cm^2 on the glass surface treated with 2.5% K-othrine as a insecticide the rate of knock-down was 80% after dealing with 5 minutes, the rate reached 100% would take 9 minutes, the KT_(50) was 4.662 minutes. The mortalities of 24 hours was 100 percentfor houseflies.On the other hand, 2.5% Deltamethrine used as a insecticide the results indicated that the rate of knock-down of 30% lwoud take 5 minutes, the rate of 100 percent would take 12 minutes, the KT_(50) was at 6.171 minutes. The mortalities of 24 hours were 100 percent for houseflies. The effects of both forms of insecticide could be lasted for 80 days.The experiments on ordinary room wall's surface spraying with 2.5% K-othrine flow at the dose of 10 mg/100cm^2, the rate of knock-down of 50% would take5 minutes, the rate of knock-down reached 100% would take 9 minutes, the KT_(50) was 4.451 minutes, the mortalities of 24 hours were 100% for houseflies. The experiment on the 2.4% Deltamethrine Wp as a insecticide the knock-down's rate were 53.3% at 5 minutes, knock-down rate were 100% at 13 minutes. The KT_(50) was 6.341 minutes, the mortalities of 24 hours was 100% for house Flies.The results revealed that 2.5% K-othrine Flow is superior to the 2.5% Deltamethrine Wp.
