摘　　要：针对城市防灾工作的特点,将GIS技术应用到城市防灾减灾工作中,开发了基于GIS的淄博市防灾减灾决策系统.该系统是一个以信息管理、灾害分析、救灾决策为内容的综合系统,可实现直观、实时、快速的灾害监控分析与救灾指挥决策,为城市的安全提供保障.According to the characteristics of urban disaster prevention,a disaster prevention and mitigation decision-making system based on GIS was developed in Zibo city by applying GIS technology to urban disaster prevention and mitigation work.This is an integrated system which contents are information management,hazard analysis,disaster relief.The application of this system can achieve an intuitive,real-time monitoring and analysis and rapid disaster relief command decision-making,provide security for the city.
