摘  要:【目的】观察丁基苯酞对骨折愈合过程中神经生长因子(NGF)表达的影响。【方法】选择健康雄性SD大鼠32只,建立大鼠股骨骨折损伤模型后随机分成股骨骨折对照组(A组)和丁基苯酞治疗组(B组),每组各16只。建模后B组予以丁基苯酞灌胃给药,每次25mg/kg,每天2次,A组给予相应剂量食用油灌胃给药,每组再分为2周和3周观察点,各点取8只模型鼠骨痂行组织学切片,苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察形态学变化,免疫组化法测定骨痂中NGF的表达。【结果】相同时间点,B组NGF表达均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。【结论】丁基苯酞可上调骨痂中NGF的表达,并可能通过此机制起到加速骨折愈合的作用。[Objective] To investigate the effect of butylphthalide on the expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) during fracture healing. [Methods]Healthy male SD rats were chosen for establishing the rat models of femoral fracture. All rats were randomly divided into femoral fracture control group(group A, n = 16) and butylphthalide treatment group(group B, n = 16). Group B was given with 25mg/kg butylphthalide by lavage twice a day. Group A was given with the same dose of edible oil by lavage. The callus of 8 rats at 2wk and 3wk time point were collected for tissue section. HE staining was used to observe the morphological changes. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of NOF in callus. [Results] At the same time point, the expression of NGF in group B was significantly higher than that in group A, and there was statisti cal difference between two groups( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Butylphthalide can up-regulate the expression of NGF in callus which may play a role in accelerating the fracture healing.
