摘　　要：【目的】探讨Pilon板治疗胫骨Pilon骨折的临床疗效。【方法】分析2007年1月至2011年1月本院采用美国强生Pilon板内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折21倒患者的临床资料。21例中开放性骨折5例，闭和性骨折16例。交通伤13例，高处坠落伤8例。根据Ruedi和Allgower分型：I型3例，Ⅱ型10例，Ⅲ型8例。对开放性骨折患者行急诊彻底清创、Pilon钢板内固定术；闭和性骨折延期手术，于受伤10～18d切开复位Pilon钢板内固定术。【结果】根据Olerud-Molander评分标准，21例患者经治疗后优：8例；良：9例；一般：2例；差：2例。有2例发生了创伤性踝关节炎。【结论】采用Pilon钢板治疗I型、Ⅱ型骨折及大部分Ⅲ型骨折的临床疗效满意。[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of Pilon plate for the treatment of tibia Pilon frac- ture. [MethodslThe clinical features of 21 patients with tibia Pilon fracture treated with American Qiangsheng Pilon plate internal fixation in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2011 were analyzed. Of 21 patients, 5 patients were open fracture and 16 patients were closure fracture. The 13 patients were traffic accident injury and 8 patients were high falling injury. According to Ruedi and Allgower classification, 3 patients were type Ⅰ , 10 cases were type Ⅱ and 8 cases were type HI. Patients with open fracture were treated with emergency debridement and Pilon plate internal fixation. Patients with closure fracture underwent delayed operation including open reduction and Pilon plate internal fixation on 10-18 days after injury. [Results] According to Olerud-Molander scoring standards, 8 patients were excellent, 9 patients were good, 2 patients were general and 2 patients were poor after treatment. Traumatic ankle arthritis occurred in 2 patients. [Conclusion]Pilon plate for the treatment of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ fracture and most of type Ⅲ fracture has satisfactory clinical effect.
